How to Cancel Audible and Keep Your Purchased Titles

Canceling Audible is not the same as deleting the Audible app. Audible says app deletion does not cancel a membership, so the safest path is to find the billing source and cancel there.

1. Go to Audible and sign in.

2. Open Membership details.

3. Choose Cancel membership.

4. Confirm cancellation.

5. Look for the confirmation email and updated membership status.

If Apple or Google bills you

Audible says memberships billed through Apple or Google cannot be canceled through the Audible site. Use App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions instead.

Before you cancel

• Check whether you have unused credits.

• Download or note purchased titles you want to keep.

• Consider pause options if you only need a short break.
