Cancel the active plan

1. Open blackbox.ai/manage-subscriptions.

2. Sign in with the email you used to buy the plan.

3. Choose the active subscription.

4. Cancel renewal and wait for a confirmation screen or email.

5. Download or screenshot the confirmation.

If the subscription is not listed

Check whether the purchase went through Apple, Google Play, or another platform. If it did, Blackbox AI may not control the cancellation from its own website. Cancel from the billing platform shown on the receipt.
