How to Cancel Your Business Suite Subscription

Business Suite is often the central hub for managing your company’s social media accounts, analytics, scheduling, and messaging in one place. Maybe you signed up for a paid Business Suite plan to access advanced features, then realized you’re barely using it, or you found a cheaper alternative. A subscription can cost anywhere from $10 to $30/month or more—canceling can save hundreds over a year.

How to Cancel Business Suite Subscription on Desktop
Go to the Business Suite WebsiteOpen the official Business Suite portal (for Meta, use business.facebook.com) in a browser.
Log Into Your AccountEnter the email and password associated with your Business Suite subscription.
Find Account or Subscription SettingsUsually on the left sidebar or under your profile dropdown—choose "Settings" > “Billing” or “Subscriptions.”
Click “Cancel Subscription” and ConfirmLocate the Cancel or Manage Plan button. If it’s a little buried, poke around under billing or account sections. Be sure to confirm all prompts until the cancellation is complete.
Check for Confirmation EmailYou should receive an email confirming your cancellation. If you don’t, refresh your account dashboard and check again.
Quick note: Sometimes the “Cancel” button didn’t load for me right away—one page refresh later, it finally appeared. (Annoying, but stick with it for peace of mind.)
How to Cancel Business Suite Subscription on iOS
If you subscribed via the App Store:
Open Settings
Tap your Apple ID at the top
Tap Subscriptions
Locate Business Suite
Tap Cancel Subscription
Important: If you subscribed through Apple, you must cancel in Settings—not in the Business Suite app or website.
How to Cancel Business Suite Subscription on Android
If paid through Google Play:
Open the Google Play Store
Tap your Profile Icon (top right)
Go to Payments & Subscriptions
Tap Subscriptions
Find Business Suite and tap Cancel
Heads up: It might be under a business or company email, not your regular Google account—double-check all accounts if you don’t see the subscription right away.
What Happens After Canceling?
You’ll have access to paid features until your current billing cycle ends, but won’t be charged again.
Download any reports, scheduled posts, analytics, or important data BEFORE you cancel—some platforms remove access instantly after your paid period ends.
If you need a refund, reach out to support through the website or your payment platform with your details—refunds aren’t always given, but are worth requesting if you were charged soon after canceling.
