How to Cancel Dashlane and Request a Refund

Dashlane cancellation is usually a two-part job: stop auto-renewal first, then decide whether a refund request makes sense. The refund path depends on whether you paid on Dashlane’s website, Apple, Google Play, or PayPal.
How to cancel Dashlane
Sign in to the Dashlane web app.
Open the account or vault menu.
Go to Subscription.
Choose the option to cancel your subscription or stop auto-renewal.
Follow every confirmation step and save the cancellation email or screenshot.
Refund window
Dashlane’s support page says personal-plan customers can request a full refund when canceling within 30 days of buying the subscription. Dashlane’s terms also say annual subscriptions can be refunded if the request is within 30 days of the subscription start or renewal. Monthly subscriptions may not be eligible in the same way.
If you paid somewhere else
Apple App Store: cancel with Apple and request the refund through Apple.
Google Play: Dashlane support may need your Google transaction ID.
PayPal: Dashlane support may need the PayPal invoice number.
Dashlane website credit card: request the refund from the web app after canceling.
