According to some fresh data, about 34 percent of people who cancel their streaming services come back within a year. That is up from around 30 percent in 2022. What does this mean? We are not breaking up with our streaming services - we are just taking breaks!

- Keep the must-haves running (like Netflix for many people)

- Pause the rest based on what is actually worth watching

- Robert from Kentucky keeps Netflix and Spotify running year-round (or he would "be exiled" - his words)

- Rita only turns on Apple TV+ when shows like "Severance" are dropping new seasons

- Sean from Boston likes to pause services in summer (because outdoor activities take priority)
